This visual journal page shows my understanding of NAEA Professional Standard number eight,  Visual Arts Educators Systematically Reflect on Their Own Teaching Practice. This one is specifically important to me because I want to be the best teacher I can be for my students. Watching videos and taking notes of what children want to see in their teachers is something I like to do in order to learn more about interacting with students. My favorite quote from the 'What makes a good teacher great' video is "Great teachers think a kid but act like an adult."
